“Room was a little narrow but the bathroom was spacious. There was more the idea of a Mountain View. Make sure you make reservations for outside on the roof top bar. The rooms were not cleaned daily but the staff were helpful in replenishing towels.”

“We recently stayed at The Read House hotel in Chattanooga and were very disappointed by how a serious cleanliness issue was handled. Ou our first evening, we found a live cockroach in our room. We killed it and immediately called the front desk. Someone to pick up the tissue with the bug, without saying a word and left. We never received an apology, follow-up or any acknowledgement afterward. At checkout, we mentioned the incident again to a different staff member, and she didn't react or……

“Since the property was newer, the overall experience was not horrible, but some things were not up to par. The bathroom does not have any hooks which is a bit inconvenient. Initially, the room was not properly cleaned and the bathroom door was missing a lock- they did take care of these issues. Breakfast timings listed online are different than the times there. Also, on the last day, there was no hot water in the shower.”

“I normally never leave reviews but wanted to warn others. 1. They had maintenance going on which we understood but they could have most definitely tried to make up for the big area that was closed but they didn’t. On top of the large indoor part being closed the pool and lazy river outside was also closed due to “cleaning” honestly it didn’t look like there was much cleaning going on in the pool the workers were just standing around. 2. On top of so much being closed little food spots and such……
