Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tulsa

"What a great treat on our road trip! I didn't even know it was there. Such a great place! Beds were super comfy; the staff was so friendly, helpful and willing to please; the rooms have some fun, quirky little touches we loved, all music-themed. The check-in entrance is a bit confusing, and they could use better signage. The hot tub was cold and not functioning properly when we stayed, which was disappointing after a long day of driving. We were really looking forward to the hot tub... but the young lady at the main desk called maintenance immediately to get it fixed. She even offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. Overall, we loved our stay and plan to come back to stay for a concert or two in the future."

"Embassy Suites is known for their amazing breakfasts and this site did not disappoint. Rooms are clean and quiet, and front desk staff is friendly, they even accept pets at this location, which is not true at some of their locations. My only complaint is why do they charge a parking fee, when they have a wide open parking lot, which is not constricted by a downtown location, etc.?"

"Clean room. Comfy bed. Nice staff. The location was great for us. The breakfast selections were good. My only complaint is that we had to go to 4 different ice machines to find one that worked."
