「The room was very clean. I didn't use the Gym but it was good 」

「The staff was great, helpful and very friendly. The room was adequate, although there were the bare minimum of towels (2 towels, 2 washcloths, 1 bath mat and 1 hand towel). The parking was convenient and secure. We did end up turning on the AC and it worked great. Our room was missing a tv remote, and when we called down to the front desk they brought us another one and tested it to be sure it worked within minutes. The breakfast on Sunday morning was definitely underwhelming, but adequate. The...

「Rooms smelled like mold and old carpet. the picture on Expedia Were more then likely taken by a professional or very very enhanced. The pool water was green wreaked of bleach .our bathrooms leaked water all night and it was pretty loud. my toilet seem to have black maybe mold around it. the only ice machine they had was broken. over all the smell of the room was very gross.」

「Cancelled our stay, at 5 pm, on the day of our check in. Said they were overbooked. 」

「The attendant refused to check us in. My ID was stolen and the system failed and refused to change the name so I could get checked in. I will be seeking a refund. I had to book another facility. After pulling off and paying for another room I was notified they checked us in as arrived after refusing service. 」
