「The pool was not maintained, there was paint flaking off the floor, and they didn’t have clean towels washed and prepped for the users. It was not clean in the pool room. Breakfast was low in stock or out of food and drinks.」

「We had a very nice stay here. It was quiet, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk walked the parking lot throughout the night checking on guests vehicles. I've never heard of someone doing that at a hotel. Absolutely amazing! He deserves a raise!! Thank you for caring!」
