“Great property for our stay. Enjoyed the spacious backyard and coffee station.”

“This is a lovely property located in the heart of Wichita. I truly appreciated the location because it’s near a lot of restaurants & entertainment but in the evening you come home to a quiet very clean comfortable space. The owner was very eager to help out in any way.”

“Overall the property was good for the price. We did have someone show up that had also booked the property that had to ask for a refund. One end of the couch was broken and the kitchen was lacking in sufficient utensils/sheet pan/silverware/mixing bowls for cooking so we had to eat out instead of cooking the food we brought. Towels are located in the hall and would be better if there were more if you are staying with a large group and staying more than one day. Light bulb out in the bedroom to……

“Perfect size for our group. Fenced in backyard was great for the dogs. Great location!”

“Very clean place. Tons of clean linens and the communication was very easy.”

“Clean house and helpful host”

I’m always critical of the beds in places like this, but my wife commented these to some of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in including our own. Additionally, We found a phenomenal coffee shop on the way……

“Property was nice and back yard was big and fenced for the dog. ”

“The top floor bedroom I was stunning”

“We had a great stay overall. The host was friendly, responsive, and communicated clearly throughout the process. The home was just as advertised and worked very well for our group, with plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. There were a couple of areas where the cleaning could have been a bit better, but we arrived about 30 minutes early and the cleaner mentioned they were still finishing up after the previous guests had left the floors in rough shape. It didn’t significantly impact our……

“It would have been nice to know ahead of time that the outdoor pool wasn’t open and the guest laundry wasn’t available. We had to buy a frying pan because none was available in the kitchenette. However as soon as all renovations are done it will be a very nice place”
