“Jenny, We arrived at the residence, I was really impressed with the cleanliness, neighborhood. It felt right at home. We had the bridal rehearsal party at the residence and it was a hit! My grandson was elated and really enjoyed the party. That is exactly what we were looking for. The place was big enough as we thought it would be. I was born and raised in Wichita many, many years ago and brought back a lot of memories. Thank you, Thank you.....”

“We had a great stay at this lovely house in College Hill. The location was perfect for our family--within walking distance of shops/restaurants. We also walked around the neighborhood most days. The house was very clean (difficult, with wood floors), and the beds were comfortable. There were a few minor issues raised, which were well received by the owner and the management team, both of whom were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The home was in a nice safe area, the perfect central location to Wichita and all of the big basketball gyms. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It had a small kitchen to cook for my team. Had a large dining table for everyone to eat together. The kids had a big TV to watch in the living area with plenty of seating. It easily sleeps 6 people, maybe up to 8 if you are creative. The air conditioning was frosty cold. There was a nice washer and dryer to keep our towels fresh all the time. Several nice parks……

“This home is a wonderful place to stay! Great location in a safe neighborhood. There was so much to do, we spent far more time at the house than expected. Even my grandpa joined in a game of pool. ”

“3 families came together for an important life event for my brother! Each family had a floor... their own space! The kids enjoyed the game room. The kitchen helped save money on going out to eat! Use of the washer and drier helped lessen the extra task once we were back home. The home accommodated our families very nicely! I would not hesitate to stay here again! ”

“My 13 year old daughter and I booked a weekend getaway to see one of our favorite artists. As a mom having a safe place was key for my selection. Knowing that Fran and Larry were right there if we needed anything was the reassurance I needed! Keypad entry was super easy, and the apartment was perfect and cozy. They live in a quiet little neighborhood in the outskirts of the hustle and bustle of downtown, convenient to all amenities. Highly recommend! ”
