「Check in information was provided via email the day of check in. I was able to enter the hotel and my room without a problem. The hotel staff was responsive and helpful via text messages. The inside of our room was very comfortable, the staff left a few complementary drinks and snack in the room for us which was very much appreciated. 「The hotel is clean and the service is good, but the soundproofing is not very good」

「The location was very convenient. We had stayed here before but it was totally redone and beautiful. Staff was very friendly. Bed was very comfortable and room was beautiful. My favorite was the farm fresh yogurt machine you could add granola, nuts, cranberries and brown sugar to but had run out. The staff told me they would make more and it was close to 10:00 closing time for the continental breakfast! We would definitely go there again on our trip upstate!!!」

「The Red Ranch Inn is an older style motel from back in the day when the Catskills were the place to vacation. The motel has been updated and the property is well kept. 「The entire place smelled like marijuana, cigarette smoke, or fragrance to try and cover up the other smells. They are using the hotel for over flow of section 8 housing so there are homeless people all around the property and in the hotel. There were people doing drugs outside the hotel and no staff member did anything about it. I did not stay and asked for a refund where the staff was very dismissive.
