A spacious, clean and well positioned property. Handy for public transport with off-road parking at a reasonable cost. Happy days!

A very nice spacious apartment in a good location. Easy 10 min walk into town and another 5 mins to get to the Pier and seafront. My only comments are that 'dial up' speed for wi fi is no longer acceptable (not the fault of the supplier as stated in the welcome pack) and the furniture in the lounge is well past its sell by date. Great appartment! Everythig you wish for is in it. Very nice and helpfull owner. Supermarket, good pubs (good food) in 5 minutes walking distance. Try the indian restaurant!

Excellent location for a holiday on the Sussex Coast.

Excellent location for a holiday on the Sussex Coast. Eastbourne itself has had a lot of investment in recent years and is a great place to stay. The apartment is only a 10 minute walk to the town centre, 20 minutes to the beach and the bus for Brighton stops just up the road. It is very comfortable and large - enough beds for 6 people in two large bedrooms. The owner was lovely and very helpful. I thoroughly recommend Le Brun to anyone planning a holiday in Eastbourne.
