「The staff are so friendly, nice and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and had a functional kitchen. It was actually more spacious than what it appeared in the photos. I like the speaker so much. It could be easily connected by bluetooth. Although I didn't know if it would be too loud to disturb others in the other room, I stayed low but still enjoyed the music. The hotel was just few minutes walk to the supermarket and 10-20 min walk to the CBD and the University of Auckland. I found this...

「乾淨，床及枕頭舒服。有２瓶免費飲用水．有ＵＳＢ插座，方便客人义电，不用加adaptor.我们早上9:00到，獲early check in.門外有skybus去机場。在Queen street,食嘢及買嘢方便。附近有巴士站去市内各旅遊点。行去碼頭坐船約1５分鐘。浴室內花灑頭太大太重，一路冲涼－路掉下來，好不方便。」

「It's an unbelievably great place. I'm happy that they accommodated my request for the room with the best view. It's a bit unfortunate that there was an issue with the air conditioning that day, but they assisted with changing rooms. The front desk staff is friendly, and the service is excellent. I had a pleasant stay. The 24-hour front desk also adds to the overall sense of security. In conclusion, I would recommend everyone to stay here.」

「The design of the washroom is unsatisfactory. The shower curtain does not extend to the floor, and the washroom is very wet after shower. As the hotel does not make up room everyday, the washroom condition is quite untidy. 」

「1st night was good. Other guests were being noisy and loud in the hallway the second night around 1am. Shower pressure was kinda weak. The shower head might need a clean.」

「Very Good. Although the room is small, it is clean and comfortable. I stayed two nights there on different days. Queen bed room is better than twin bed bedroom. The twin bed room is very small and narrow and no place to put stuff, while bathroom is comparatively too big. If you want to use microwave, you have to unplug the water kettle and switch it for microwave .」

「如果喜歡古建築應會相當喜歡。但除此以外房間並不舒適，亦不太整潔。地下及一樓是BAR及餐廳，有時會有噪音。因為是古建築的關係，沒有電梯，需要自行帶行李爬樓梯(笑)。」
