“Cabin is fantastic, we saw deer every day and cows all over Host was awesome and getting to feed the Highland cows was unforgettable With limited internet and cell service it was a great few days to unplug.”

“Very clean and peaceful.”

“Wonderful cabin with great ac and amenities. Comfy furniture, great beds, and the host really helped me get through my first ever VRBO. It was tricky as I booked and then joined! That part I wouldn't recommend”

“The cabin was easy to access and very clean. It was a great value. I booked this last minute for a solo trip to the area and was very pleased with everything. Thank you.”

“For the price and location, this cabin was great. Clean and secluded. Only thing that was dirty was the outdoor table. No bugs inside. Loved the wrap-around porche and fire pit. The big couch needs to be changed, it has no stiffness. We fixed a drawer in the refrigerator that was not holding together upon arrival. The bedroom bed frame was not sturdy. There were many leftover coffee filters if you were thinking about bringing any. WiFi was not working upon arrival. After a few messages with……

“Excellent spot. I enjoyed the encouraging words on the walls! Didn't need it as we were only two, but if you need to sleep six, 4 will be in tiny outbuildings.”

“We had a wonderful time at this cabin! It was clean, the location was great and peaceful and easy proximity to red river gorge and hiking, which was our main attraction to the area. We were pleasantly surprised to find a hot tub and a new side porch, which were wonderful. I would visit this place again! Thank you!”

“The Climber’s den is a unique property in the heart of the forest, location is very private and romantic yet only 5 min drive to a great bbq restaurant. It’s better to arrive before sunset as getting there can be a bit tricky. Better drive there on a SUV..The place was clean and had space heaters to keep us warm during chilly October nights. The only issue we had is the hot tub malfunction during the first 2 nights. It was fixed on the 3rd night so we could finally enjoy it. Also, be aware that……

“Peaceful getaway but not too far from London, KY.”

“i stayed in this cabin to enjoy hiking in the gorge. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities needed for the term of my stay. Checking in and out was very convenient. Communication with the host was very accommodating. It was a bit of a drive each day to and from my hiking destinations but i would not necessarily allow that to hinder my decision to return to this cabin in the future.”

“Host was responsive to problems we encountered upon arrival, but they should have been addressed prior to arrival through housekeeping management. The kitchen was not well stocked with dinnerware, so come prepared if you have a full house. You’re at a train crossing, so be prepared for train horns and crossings 24/7.The cabin had comfortable beds and lounge furniture and the air conditioning was good. Would stay again if our favorite spot is unavailable.”
