“Other than noise, hotel was nice.”

“No breakfast”

“The staff were friendly and professional. Karl provided a map and information regarding places to visit at Breaks Interstate Park, and Melanie recommended restaurants and places to see on my way home. The bottled spring water in my room was a very nice touch! It was my first experience in the area and they made it great! Thank you!”

“I've stayed at some really nice hotels and this is one of the best! From the moment I walked into the lobby until I left two days later, everything was wonderful. From the beautiful Christmas decorations, to the restaurant, to Natalie at the front desk, I couldn't have asked for more. The room was clean and quiet and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. This will definitely be my go to hotel in Paintsville!”

“Staff was very accommodating.”

“The budget inn was a reasonable place for the price. I would stay there again.”

“The breakfast was fantastic! Especially loved the apple cinnamon waffles! The stay all great except the really strong musty smell. I know it has been remodeled and looks great, but that smell is pretty strong in the halls and rooms. We've stayed here several times. And while it might havr had a smell of an older hotel, it was never really unpleasant. This time it was. We come through from time to time, and will likely stay again, but hopefully they can figure out the source of the musty odor!”

“The property was clean and just as advertised. The owner was also very flexible in extending our check out time by a little bit since the checkout time was 10 and we had a funeral at 1, leaving us with 3 hours of downtime. We were all very appreciative and would leave a higher review if possible!”
