“The hotel is well-maintained and clean. I choose it because I was flying into Salisbury MD airport and the hotel advertised free airport shuttle. During my travel I called the hotel to ask how I got the shuttle. An angry sounding employee said thd shuttle was just for the flight crew. I advised her that is not what their website said. She told me I could ride the shuttle if there was room but once the flight crew was on the shuttle they would leave immediately even if I had not made it to the……

We requested a preprinted document that indicated any balance on the deposit would take 7-10 days to return to our account. This contradicted what the registration person said: “there is really no charge.” Staff were not friendly. Breakfast was strange except for bananas, apples and yogurt. The thin flat fried eggs and paper-thin round bacon were bizarre.……
