    Tucked away on a private lane on the bayside of Eastham, this well-maintained home is just a short walk from Thumpertown Beach, making it easy to spend your summer days along Cape Cod Bay. When you're ready for a bite to eat, local favorites including Arnold’s Lobster & Clam Bar, Red Barn Pizza, and Hole in One Bakery & Coffee Shop are all just a few minutes away by car.



    Inside, an open floor plan gives the single-level home a bright and spacious feel. Step through the front door into the nautical-inspired living area, featuring comfortable furnishings and a flat-screen TV. The updated kitchen and dining area flow right from the living space, creating an easy setup for meals and time spent together. Central A/C, WiFi, TV, and a washer and dryer provide the everyday comforts you need throughout your stay.



    This single level home sleeps four offering three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed plus an additional twin bed. A smaller third bedroom offers a daybed.



    Outside, the large private yard provides plenty of room for lawn games, relaxing in the sun, or letting your dog enjoy some time outdoors. An outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after a day at nearby Thumpertown Beach.

Perfect cape getaway

We had the best time staying at this property and are already planning when we can go back! Very clean, accommodating, and a great location!! The fact that it is dog friendly is a plus too!!

Proximity to beach was excellent--2 minute walk. However, if you had mobility issues,Thumpertown Beach is difficult to maneuver. There are plenty of other beaches within a short distance that are easier to access--they would require driving about a mile and require beach sticker.Kitchen is well stocked. Appliances are good. if you have lobsters, have them cooked at store.Air conditioning TV, Wifi were all good.We had a couple of visitors with cat and dog allergies--we were not bothered by any previous pets that may have visited.As a former owner of the property, many upgrades were well done--including kitchen, flooring, bathroom. back deck.

Great interior, Close to beach

Dog friendly. Spacious. Plenty of beds. Great central A/C - It was a hot week! Nice updated Bathroom and Kitchen. Very private outdoor shower. Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to beach. Fridge lightbulb went out, Delmar replaced it same day! Nice and pleasant. We like to rent in different towns on the Cape for variety but would definitely consider this again!

Location location!

We just stayed for a week in the end of July 2023 and our family of 4 loved our time there. The location so close to Thumpertown beach was fantastic. We could pop down any time to check out low tide, watch the sunset or just take a quick swim. We had a very warm and sunny week and were happy to have such great access. Also the house it self was a great combo of modern renovations and some rustic charm. We also used the back patio for meals and smores. We had brought our bikes as well and used them for trips to beach and around neighborhood. And having somewhat close access to the Cape Cod bike path was great for those who wanted longer rides. Other nice nearby features: Hole in One Bakery, Arnold's Seafood. Hope to come back again next year!

Rude awakening

The location is great and accurate. The mattresses were very hard and old and need to be replaced. This made the stay difficult as we never slept great. The worst thing was needing to checkout at 9 am on a Saturday which meant

Great location and short walk to bay beach

This was a very clean and updated cape cottage with adequate sleeping accommodations for our family of 6. The big pluses were the fire pit in the backyard, the Weber gas grill and central AC!.

Great location

Our stay at Thumpertown Beach was just what we needed. Location was great. Very short neighborhood walk to the beach. Near to restaurants. Our only complaint really was that the dishes in the cupboards were dirty... nearly every plate and glass needed to be washed before we could use it. Other than that... appliances were new. Beds were clean and comfortable. Overall we were very happy with our choice of house to stay in.
