“The little touches included with this listing are what makes the difference between returning to a “house we rented” and returning to a “home away from home”. Thoughtful items like nightlights, labeled light switches (so easy but so useful), and motion sensing lights on the outdoor deck stairs for when you were out later than expected and forgot to leave the outside lights on. “We arrived to a perfect set up for our dog! Even an extra water/food bowl with a special bone and extra poop bags! Thank you! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The house manual was easy to follow and detailed. The five minute walks to the beach was perfect!”

What stood out the most was the high quality linens, as well as comfortable mattresses. It is very well kept with attention to detail. “My husband and I stayed at this property For a quick weekend getaway. The home was immaculate and very comfortable and welcoming. It has everything you need. The host was very attentive and check in was easy. Home is decorated beautifully and close to major attractions. We will def be back again next year. ”

“Kitchen could use a k cup coffee maker and large frying pan. Light bulb on microwave was out. Clock on stove was broken and the stove said hot surface even when it was never turned. Upstairs toilet kept running. Basement carpet had some stains. All just minor things that need attention. Overall really loved the place. Hope to come back next year!”

“The property was fine but for the amount they charged really needed work. The house is old and we had a big problem with ants and bugs in the house. The location was very good and easy access to Hyannis center and many other areas. The check out time was 10am and too early. The house needs some updates but comfortable. The other problem was noise from the construction next door. They really should have communicated that on the Expedia site . From early morning at 7am there was construction……
