Great for cocktails, dinner, or that lobster feast. Or spend time with the kids playing ball or biking on the street. Home is located on a cul-de-sac street with very little traffic. Safe for all ages. Alternatively, spend time indoors and enjoy the views from the expansive windows. There is always a great view to be had!
