Our family had a great week at.the rental in Eastham. Plenty of room for all of us. Loved the pool, the outdoor kitchen and the beautiful gardens. Comfortable beds and luscious linens. The location was convenient for shopping, eating out and trips to P’Town, Chatham, the beaches with beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed it all. Highly recommend.

Great place for a larger family group. Plenty of space among the 3 houses and large outdoor area to hangout after the beach. Pool is an extra plus for the younger kids. Can’t wait to come back.

We loved staying at this unique property and it was perfect for all of us. We brought my parents, children, and grandchildren. The kids loved it. Lots of room and space to spread out. Also this is very close to some of the most beautiful beaches. The kids also loved the bakery around the corner (The Whole in One) which is only 1/10 of a mile. THe outdoor area was our favorite and we spent lots of time in the pool and using the great outdoor kitchen. The purgola with the sky chairs was a hit along with the gorgeous outdoor kitchen. Everything was perfect and we highly recommend this property.

We have an annual family trip with ~15+ people including grandkids, kids, parents, grandparents, and friends. We usually try to be on the beach, but decided to try a place with a pool. The pictures do not do this home justice, we were very pleasantly surprised with the outdoor amenities including the pool, fireplace, outdoor kitchen, bar, etc.. The home layout is also great for us so that each family can have a private space, but also room for us to congregate. We made several trips to different beaches and got to see more of the Cape. The process to rent before, during, and after were all very smooth. Highly recommend for a similar size group with something for everyone.
