Private Home in Quiet Ocean Side Neighborhood

Enjoy a peaceful vacation in a quiet home located in a private oceanside neighborhood in Eastham. Enjoy the wooded yard surrounded by rhododendron. After a day at the beach, refresh yourself in the outdoor shower. Our home has two bedrooms plus a sleeping loft and can entertain multiple families. The house is three levels with a sleeping space on each level. Enter through the main level which has one full bath, a kitchen with dining area, living room with Smart TV, along with one bedroom which has a twin over full bunk bed and an additional twin. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the upstairs deck, or in the yard's quiet sitting area. Upstairs is a spacious and private sleeping loft with two twin beds. On the lower level you will find another small sitting area with TV, and a master bedroom with a queen bed and full bath. Walk out to the backyard from the small sitting area or enjoy the small walk out patio from the master bedroom. There is also a utility room with washer and dryer located on the lower level.

While we hope you spend most of your time relaxing during your stay, if you must work our house is equipped with a home office equipment which includes 28inch 4k dual monitors, a docking station (Mac & windows), a keyboard, a mouse, a printer and of course wifi!

The house is located on a private road approximately one mile from the National Seashore Salt Pond Visitor Center (.9 miles). There is a 2 mile bike trail to Coast Guard Beach and several short walking trails that can be accessed at the Visitor Center. Enjoy dinner and golf at nearby Arnolds (.8mile). The house is also a quick bike ride from Ben & Jerry’s(1.2 miles). Access to the Cape Cod Rail trail is available within a mile or less at two different spots. Coast Guard Beach is 2.4 miles. Nauset Light is 1.9miles. There is easy access to bay beaches on the other side of route 6. The property is located 22 miles from Provincetown and 14 miles from Chatham.
