The overall cleanliness of room was acceptable except for stains on both sides of bedside chair cushion. The grounds and rooms could definately use some upgrades. Also a continental breakfast should be inclued for the room rates.

We came here with our family for a week at the Cape. We attended the room and it smelled like dirty mop water, there were balls of hair in the bathroom and the pool was milky and smelled like chemicals. We checked out the other property they manage and although the room didn't smell the neighbour and cleaning staff were yelling at eaxhother because they hadn't cleaned the room for days. My children were so upset and felt unsafe. We had to find another booking for the week. Also, we spoke with the desk clerk who indicated we would only have to pay for the night however they lied and didn't provide us a refund. NEVER STAY HERE.

Reception was very accommodating when we arrived early for check in. The room was in good repair with a refrigerator and microwave. Our stay was a quick overnight and this worked out very well.

The grounds were unkept, the air conditioning was smelly when running. The door was all scratched up, and the window screen was on the ground. The room looked clean, but the pillows were very old and should’ve been replaced. There was no water pressure in the shower and the water was cold.. We ended up leaving early and turning our keys in the night before.

Very convenient location. Very kind staff. Noisy, can hear everything through walls. Baseboards and shower curtain look like they’ve never been cleaned. Tried using the iron and it got black specs all over my white shirt, not sure if it was mold or not because there was still water in it when I went to use it. The pool was murky and much smaller than the photos made it look. Could be a great place if they fixed these problems!

The front office person was very pleasant and friendly. It sits back off Rte 6 so didn't notice road noise. Room was spacious.

Easy to get to, pulling out is a bit challenging. Conveniently located to Provincetown, beaches, and hiking paths along the national Seashore.

The pro seemed old. They tried to update it, but it still looks very old. There’s a smell in the room of mold and old beer.

The room was not ready at 3pm and the room I was given a key for had not been reset clean. I found a shirt on the bed and ironing board was out. We had to return to the front desk to get a new room and key. The room we finally went to smelled like a wet dog- musty- and the ceiling had paint peeling like there had been a leak recently. I woke up at 6:30am to the loudest noise of kids running and screaming in the room next to us. It actually sounded like they were allowed to jump on the bed. The pool was not a clear, chlorinated color, but a darker algae green shade. I think it is now owned by new people or managed wrong. The lady that checked me in at 3pm was disgusted rooms were not ready for new guests and made a comment she would have to leave the front desk to clean and prepare some. I will not be back to this hotel we have always stayed at in the past.
