「it’s a quiet place.」

「We had a wonderful week at The Velvet Crab. Tara and the Heart of the Cape crew were attentive to any message we sent and the house was a perfect location to explore the outer cape. We loved how close we were to both the bay and ocean beaches and the whole family, dog included, loved lounging at the pond’s edge. We’re sorry to have to leave!」

「My family loved the house. The spacious living room, the view of the pond, the beautiful deck - all were perfect. We would definitely come back.」

「This place was fantastic! The location was great! I loved going down to the dock every morning to wake up. The hot tub was relaxing after a day on the beach. And the local restaurants were fabulous! We would totally go there again!」

「One Day Happened was the perfect location and property for a girl's weekend away! The home is stunning, fully updated, spotless, and offers ample space and comfort for a group or family travelling together. With plenty of parking, outdoor space, an outdoor shower, and beach gear available, we had everything we could possibly need and more. Nidhi is the perfect host and everything exceeded our expectations. You won't find a better property or location for your Cape trip!」

「We had an wonderful experience staying at this house. It was exceptionally clean and it had everything we needed (it was nice to have linens and towels provided). All of the rooms were relaxing and comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. I would definitely stay there again. 」

「This is a cute little place. Seems a little worn out for the money. The picture of the two chairs by the water is disceptive. You can not see the water from the house, except for a peek a boo view through the trees. i 」

「The property turned out to be just as showed in the pictures. We found it clean with supplies, even though the list indicated that there will none (or very few). The location was perfect. Minutes walk from Herring Pond, 5 minutes drive (or walk) to First Encounter, and close to Orleans and Eastham. We will try to return next year!」
