「No elevator; gym was underwhelming; juice at breakfast was watered down, sausage was dry, and the waffle iron desperately needed a proper cleaning, everything else was good; vending machines were half empty; creepy vibes felt like a horror movie; toilet and bathtub were dirty and bathroom door was broken as if the door was kicked in; A/C didn’t work properly, it didn’t read temperature of room properly so we were roasting and had to open the windows all night. Staff were polite.」
