「We arrived late in the evening in anticipation for my son's graduation from URI the following morning. We checked in and headed right to the room as we were exhausted from our journey. The room was spotless, the beds were pristine and comfy. We quickly put on our pjs and went to brush our teeth before heading to bed when we realized we forgot our toothpaste!! Aaaaahhhh! 「My daughter and I arrived to the property around 1pm and were grateful for an early check in. We were offered three rooms, two in the basement of the house where we checked in (not Melville). The room was dark and musty with dated furniture and a stained rug. I’ve stayed in B&Bs with this place before and knew about the bait and switch. 「Recently renovated, very clean, daily maid service good. All in all, a very good experience. Only concern I had is that the side entrance was frequently not secured. Someone kept placing a rock at the bottom of the door to prevent it from closing.」

「This is a gem of a motel in a perfect location for beach access (or to nearby Kingston, Wakefield etc.). It was immaculate and so well maintained with a friendly staff. The room was lovely, there was plenty of hot water, I was so grateful for in room coffee and mini fridge and the 6:30 AM coffee in the office! My only minor piece of feedback is that there are only bagels for breakfast so maybe a few yogurts or other options would be amazing but this was a wonderful place to stay while I was...
