“Good location.”

“The room we stayed in had a great view. The property shows a lot of wear and tear. Carpet smells, bathroom caulking is stained, scratches all over the walls, especially in the bathroom where the maid service has been removing the little trash can against the wall. Beds not so comfortable. Just a lot of deferred maintenance inside the hotel. The location is great, but that may be about it. For $600 a night I expected a lot more.”

“The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the……

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Block Island Beach House. The location is hard to beat — right on the beach and right in Old Harbor, so you’re close to everything. I’m honestly not sure there are many other hotels that are actually on the beach itself, which makes the location such a huge plus. When we booked, the only room available was the ADA suite. I’m very glad the hotel offers this type of accommodation, and for someone who needs an accessible room, having a beautiful, fully renovated……

“Came down when there was till an hour and half left of the continental breakfast and it was all cleared up. Only a rotten banana was on the table.”

“Family of five who needed a place to crash 3 nights. The location is amazing. Right on the beach. Parking easy and assigned. Rooms were ok. The bathroom cabinet in room 109 was crooked and the back of it inside falling apart. Fridge worked great. View from ocean room.. so beautiful. Balcony, incredible and large. Very strict rules which I’m assuming is from past people partying. Rooms were quiet from other guests. Staff running it was helpful and great. Coffee was on first floor which was nice……
