“The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the……

“Love this quaint quintessential New England property with very charming decor and tastefully appointed room. The bed was very comfortable and the shower and updated bathroom was wonderful. Parking is off site and a walk but this property is within walking distance of every place you want to be in Newport. The made to order breakfast and cooks were amazing! “It was just wonderful! We didn’t have a scenic view. Staff was so attentive. The cleanliness was outstanding. The location was right at the wharf so walkable, loved the hand held shower. Convenient amenities except for one. No free breakfast or coffee There is an espresso machine in the room which we used but DAIRY FREE COFFEE CREAMER. They could at least provide half and half or coffee in the lounge. Espresso is not drunk in the morning it’s latte or cappuccino on the continent. I would expect……

Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
