「Beautiful property, convenient location, and walkable from the ferry terminal. The staff was courteous and helpful. Our room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Bonus was the organic farm across the street with all of the animals =) The property also owns a local farm-to-table restaurant that has excellent service and food. My husband and I can't wait to return with our family.」

「Absolutely loved our stay at the Eureka. It’s just up the hill from the farm, and you have a beautiful view of all the trees and some water. They were so clean, air conditioned, and they have a nice little outdoor shed for storage for before and after check out which made everything so simple. They have a coffee area you can make yourself too at any time of day. They even have an area for checked out guest to use the showers upstairs and outside. 「I got to the room at 10 pm and it had never been serviced. Bathroom towels on the floor, bed sheets all over the place. But this is not a hotel, really, but a room in some building far away from where you check in. I cancelled the second night and nobody has every called back, or apologized, or credited me with this horrible experience.」

「We only stopped for the night, but the property offered many amenities that our group would have enjoyed (sand volleyball, pool, fire pit, etc). The room was spacious and we enjoyed the laidback atmosphere.」

「I ended up not staying here because when I requested a lower level room, they gave me the key and it was immediately noticed that the room had not been cleaned in a while. The room smelled musty and the bathroom ceiling above the shower was molded. The bed linens were stained, and the 1 set of towels were well worn. There were cobwebs hanging along the edge of the ceiling and even spiders in the webs. There were carpenter ants crawling across the entryway, the microwave door would not close...

「I'm a stickler about a clean environment. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of my room. It's the most important thing to me while staying away from home. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only suggestion I have is that a sign with an arrow and the word ice should be posted at the laundry room. I had a hard time finding the ice machine.」
