「Upon arrival, we found the description of the property to be very accurate. The house was clean, in good working order, and well stocked with essentials to make vacationing easier (e.g., microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, etc.). All of the linens were provided including kitchen towels, beach towels, and bathroom towels. The washer and dryer were described as small, but we never had an issue because the cycles ran quite quickly and there was a convenient clothes line for air drying....

「The property is perfect for a large group of people. There are many beds/rooms/bathrooms and great outdoor space. It’s an easy walk to the ferry/town so it’s a great location as well. The host was extremely responsive and made sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this property!」

「Walked into a musty smell, dishwasher full of dishes and wet towels in the dryer. 2of3 bdrms and 1of2 bthrms in a converted basement that were not to code, the bthrm had no window/fan/vents with stained ceiling tiles, a floor you dare not walk on with bare feet & a moldy shower curtain to boot; the king-size-bedroom had no legal means of egress, only window in the room over 4.5' off the ground and not even 12" tall; did not come close to RI egress requirement 5.7sqft. Holding onto the stair rail...
