「Dirty shower curtain hair on beds on sheets Air from heat was musty smelling. The mattress gave me horrible back ache i was so disgusted that we were ready to go and sleep in the car. I felt terrible for the kids we drove for 5 hours to look in to the beautiful college campus Salve Regina it was ruined by this place it totally grossed me out. It was a nightmare. I wanted to cancel the room i had kids with me the clerk didn't let me.」

「The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was warm and inviting yet elegant. It was walking distance to all of the downtown activities that we enjoy and also to the Cliffwalk. We enjoyed everything about our stay! We will definitely visit again! 」
