“Tiniest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. We were celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary and although we received a complimentary bottle of champagne it was not brought on ice and I had to go get our own ice on a different floor (only one ice maker on one floor in the whole hotel, weird). The entire lighting in the room was provided by two lights mounted by the bed. One was burnt out, limiting our lighting considerably. I mentioned it on the way out for dinner reservations and was asked if……

“The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the……

“Beautiful location and outlook. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had an excellent dinner at the restaurant. Our room was beautifully decorated with a deck overlooking Easton Beach. Lovely grounds and right off Cliff Walk for a long stroll. Walked to mansions, but town is a drive away. Best onion bread in New England!!”

“Very disappointed, told manager he should be ashamed of putting anyone in that room…Room L.!!! Upon entering our room, we were overcome with a super strong unpleasant urine odor. The entire room was a disaster, a huge hole in the ceiling covered with some plexi boards and nails, and the carpet was rippled in several places, from where it had been wet. By far, the bathroom floor urine oder was the worst!! I called the Wynstones manager and he totally played dumb. Acted like it was impossible……
