「Lovely house in a good location. Short drive to the beach and a parking pass for the beach was a plus. Communication with the owners was great. One issue at the house was handled quickly by the owners and they couldn’t have been nicer. We were close to a few shops, cafes and restaurants.」

「This house is in a perfect location to walk to everything you want to enjoy in Newport. We parked our car when we arrived and didn't need it again the whole stay. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need to relax and they even serve homemade baked goods for breakfast. This is the second time I have stayed at Admiral Syms house and will definitely be back.」

「My wife and I had a great time at Lillypad. On the first night, we brought wine and a charcuterie board onboard and had a romantic evening. On the second day, we went into town and had a wonderful day. Both nights, the sunsets were gorgeous.」

「Loved this property! Clean, incredibly spacious, great location. Communication with Robin was fantastic, she went above and beyond during our stay. House is very well stocked. Plenty of bath and beach towels, chairs, umbrellas. Our group agreed the house felt much bigger than it did in photos. The addition over the garage is perfect for some added privacy while not being inaccessible from the rest of the group. Would recommend this place! 」
