“Very clean and comfortable, it suited our needs nicely! A convenient location with several dining spots close by and walkable to shops and other restaurants. A minor maintenance item I want to call to their attention to for remedy is the bedside lighting in two of the three bedrooms did not work. Nor did the outlet in the headboard in the master. ”

“It was just wonderful! We didn’t have a scenic view. Staff was so attentive. The cleanliness was outstanding. The location was right at the wharf so walkable, loved the hand held shower. Convenient amenities except for one. No free breakfast or coffee There is an espresso machine in the room which we used but DAIRY FREE COFFEE CREAMER. They could at least provide half and half or coffee in the lounge. Espresso is not drunk in the morning it’s latte or cappuccino on the continent. I would expect……

“An excellent Inn conveniently located close to the seafront in Newport. The hosts were friendly and very helpful, the rooms were of a good size and exceptionally clean.     "The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
