“Great boutique hotel! Located near the action by foot and rideshare. Very eclectic and comfortable room, great sheets. Daily breakfast was AMAZING! Thank you to Evelyn whose daily breakfast casseroles were delicious and added a great protein base, along with fruit/yogurt/oatmeal and other tidbits. There's a cozy patio with a firepit for evenings or morning breakfast right outside the main dining area. Chatted with fellow guests here and in the colorful front parlor. “I took my sister to the property for her 60th birthday and it couldn't have been nicer! From the super friendly, helpful staff to the spacious, well-appointed rooms, it was truly fabulous! The location is right off the main thoroughfare so it was quiet be easily accessible to Bowen's Wharf. The boxes complimentary continental breakfast delivered right to our rooms was a treat! “The property is basically set up for weddings and large events and they don't have any considerations for hotels guests. The 2 nights that we stayed the restaurant and bar were closed due to a wedding and another event and no other place to eat or drink in the hotel not to mention the parties and music were loud and we couldn't sleep. The hotel is also waterfront and the seating area by the water were not available for hotels guest as well. If we would've known this at time of booking we……

“The Yankee Peddler was everything I expected after reading past reviews. Perfectly located (walking distance to the Lobster Shack and the Newport Harbor, Int'l Tennis HOF, Audrain Car Museum...) with the free shuttle stop right at the bottom of the stairs. The shuttle runs about Mid-May to late October taking you to the gilded age "cottages" and other places. Do the Cliff Walk! It's beautiful. The Inn and its keepers are awesome.
