“Lovely house in a good location. Short drive to the beach and a parking pass for the beach was a plus. Communication with the owners was great. One issue at the house was handled quickly by the owners and they couldn’t have been nicer. We were close to a few shops, cafes and restaurants.”

“This house is in a perfect location to walk to everything you want to enjoy in Newport. We parked our car when we arrived and didn't need it again the whole stay. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need to relax and they even serve homemade baked goods for breakfast. This is the second time I have stayed at Admiral Syms house and will definitely be back.”

“Incredibly well appointed with ALL necessitiesfor a summer vacation: multiplebeach towels, umbrellas, chairs, corn hole game. Kitchen items:Wine glasses dishes platters pots and pans baking items plenty of silverware waffle iron coffee station with several types of coffee pots including Keurig and French press. Very clean! Pretty much anything and everything you would want for a magnificent time away!!!Robin was immediately responsive to any concern we had.”
