"Staff and decor of the Neptune is excellent. Great vibe and cool space. Only rating the stay good, because the beds are very uncomfortable. They have very soft mattresses and pillows with no support. This was the case at the former iteration, The Dean, but we were hoping with the new branding, there would be an upgrade! I wish I could say I would return, because we love every other aspect, but we both slept terribly 2 stays in a row."
