"Good location, friendly staff and very clean. However, check in was 4:00 and we didn’t get into our rooms until after 5:00. The front desk staff was very apologetic but obviously short on cleaning staff to prepare rooms. They did provide coupons towards breakfast but after we asked if they would compensate us for the late check in.
Also, we were charged a $57 per room resort fee ( we had 3 rooms) but the pool was closed and the shuttle only ran on Sunday. We only got in our room at 5:00 Sunday, so were only able to take it one way into town for late dinner- it stopped running at 8:00, so we had to Uber back.
It was not running Monday or Tuesday.
They should start the fee when the pool is open and the shuttle runs daily. "
