「My two kids and I were pleasantly surprised by the comfort of this old houseboat. It required some stooping and climbing of steep steps, but the spectacular views, fresh ocean breeze, and proximity to fabulous bars, restaurants, and cultural landmarks was more than worth it. 「The house had a deck with the woods behind. Deer came out in the morning. Great fire pit and hammock in the back also. Pictures are accurate. Great proximity to Newport. Nice quiet spot for a relaxing evening after going to Newport. Jamestown has great restaurants and is a very nice old town. I would say be aware that there is a spiral staircase that some people might have a problem navigating. We did not. Property owner was very responsive and nice. We would come back.」

「This place was absolutely amazing. Not only was the rv clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need the property is breathtaking. Frank the owner came out to greet us and show us the ropes. What a truly amazing couple him and his wife were. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. "The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
