「The room and property itself were fine. The room was clean but the air conditioner when kicked on definitely gave off a mildew smell. The attendant during morning breakfast muttered some things under her breath about how busy it was and the rate at which she was having to restock items. There were signs all over regarding quiet hours, which gave me an odd feeling but when I put my kids to bed around 8:30/9pm everything was fine. Unfortunately right around 12:30am I started hearing slamming...

「Musty room, bad smell, uncomfortable bed, door so swollen to bathroom that it wouldn’t shut, handle fell off the bathroom door. Tried not to touch too much. Sheets were clean.」

「I stayed for a days for a couples weekend and really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very kind and helpful and did wonderful keeping our room clean. which was a great feeling after being at the ocean or pool all day. Our room was very clean and like how comfortable the mattress was. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay there again.」

「We have been going to Shelter Harbor Inn for decades. After its most recent renovations, the Inn is absolutely beautiful. The design of the inn is lovely. The grounds are stunning. And very importantly, the staff is excellent. There was some confusion re our check in and both the young woman who checked us in (Laci V) and the young woman who checked us out (Laci M) handled the situation perfectly. Sadly, we were only there for one night most recently but we will return.」

「Honestly, you're better off camping. I think $40 per night would be fair for this motel. It's quiet and location is good, but run down and not well maintained.」

「Amazing location with private beach parking included! Continental breakfast was good. Has a Tesla destination charger which was a huge plus for us. Room was a bit small but clean. Outdoor pool is an added bonus as well.」
