The hotel was clean and the room was clean and spacious. Vallet sercixe was nice and quick for our car. We arrived and needed to wait 15 min for someone to come back to the front desk. The continental breakfast was very scarce and old fruit and muffins.

The room was very quiet and comfortable and the shower was nice. Was hoping for free parking and the TV's did not have any streaming apps. Also there was an additional "amenities fee" in addition to the Expedia booking price. Overall good hotel and would stay there again.

Beautiful building and room. The staff was helpful and I found the parking lot across the street to be helpful and cost slightly less then valet parking. Great location near PPAC, walk to WaterFire and excellent Japanese market at the end of the block. Recommended!

We stay at Hotel Providence every chance we get when we see a show at the PPAC (this time we saw the amazing “Lion King”) . . . and—as always—we had a wonderful experience. The room was immaculate, the front desk folks were so pleasant, and the location of this property is minutes away from the theatre. Thanks for another great visit!
