“easy freeway access, quiet rooms”

“I was disappointed by the lack of communication and housekeeping. At check-in, I was not told that room cleaning was not provided daily, which was unexpected since I am not from the area. I also was not given the Wi-Fi password, and it was not posted anywhere in the room. Additionally, the window curtain would not roll down properly, which affected privacy and comfort. When I requested housekeeping on the third day, the room was not properly cleaned. The beds were made and towels replaced, but……

“The hotel is in pretty bad shape; peeling paint, dog poo in the grass trash in the walkways. My first room had only one usable outlet (across from the bed) no hot water or towels, a broken sink and a significant dip in the bed. My second room had one more outlet and towels for the shower but it must have been a smoking room from the smell and marks on the counter in the bathroom. The knob for the shower was loose and went all the way around and was a bit of a challenge to get just right. The……

“Staff very helpful and accommodating. Property in questionable area.”

“Booked and paid for a king bed, got a full and was basically told nothing would be done about it. The room had a hole in the wall, a broken light switch and an all around grime to it. There were vending and ice machines down the hall that weren’t even plugged in or functional. The air conditioner was just a fan, didn’t cool the room at all. Would never stay there again. Especially considering the price was not much cheaper than most others in the area.”

“There was a problem getting the room cleaned every other day. There wasn't anything posted or information provided about the frequency of room being attended to. Yet, when i was informed that the room was cleaned every other day it wasnt cleaned per the stated time frame. The pool was being maintenance but the notification was only an overlooked sign hanging on a gate about the spa being closed. The maintenance was being performed by the front desk staff which had me asking why it wasn't done……
