“Great location. It was spacious & furnished well. The kitchen had useful appliances & cookware. And the Latch app for access worked well once we got the hang of it. The only thing we could fault was the water pressure in the shower. It was really weak. Otherwise, we enjoyed our short & sweet stay. Thank you! ”

“Not impressed. The photos are outdated and don’t reflect the current condition of the property. It seems like it hasn’t been maintained since those photos were taken which was disappointing. While the nightly rate looks reasonable at first glance, after all the fees are added the total ends up being roughly three times higher, which feels excessive for what’s offered. There’s also a cleaning fee that makes up about a third of the final cost, which doesn’t seem like it’s actually being put toward……

“Host was very friendly and communicative though our trip didn’t allow any time for socializing. The location is lovely and very convenient for greater Seattle area, probably its best asset. The apartment can’t really be described as separate since there is an internal door to the main house. Note that the hot tub is in front of the main living area of the residence not the apartment. The stairs to the apartment are overdue for maintenance and very slippery in wet weather. The apartment……
