"This hotel exceeded expectations, really nice vibe, only 25 minutes on the nearby tram to alexanderplatz. Perfect location near the lake which was a lovely walk to after a delicious breakfast. We arrived ready to leave our luggage and our room was ready so we get to check in at 1pm instead! I think we were just lucky but it was nice they let us in. The shower head wasn’t working but we were fine with the bath function and alerted reception which took a note of it the following day so it didn’t really bother us as everything else was spectacular. The hairdryer was also pretty decent for those planning on washing their hair! Overall we really enjoyed it and the district was really pretty to walk around in with easy access to main sights. "

"Stayed 4 nights, did only clean room once. No spare toilet paper in the room. Had to find spare once in the common bathroom downstairs after hours. Room right above a lounge/cafe with a birthday on Saturday night. Loud music all night, impossible to sleep and no service onsite"

"The hotel is located just slightly outside Berlin. It's in a small quiet town from which reaching Berlin by public transportation is very convenient. But besides the location and the quality of the rooms, the interaction with the stuff is really the best part. I was their guest twice so far, one time alone, another time with my 12-years old daughter."
