「My family and I have stayed here a few times. The staff is friendly. This time, we found a large hole in the comforter. The bed was made in such a way that the hole could not be easily seen. We called the number listed on the post, someone answered and told us they would come get us in 5 min, then they shot off their phone and let us stay in the streets for 2 hours, until we were forced to book another hotel on the fly. 」
