“Actually stuff are very kind and helpful. But they need a good team management , and Actually they have a lot of problems. First they did not find me at aeroport (I have reserved aeroport pickup service), and they refuse to give me innvoice when I check out, I really do very Bad impression here.”

“I stayed in Ivotel during my solo travel to Abidjan. Overall the experience was great but some things were lacking. I took advantage of the airport shuttle, I was expecting a staff at the airport since I already provided my arrival details, I had to buy a SIM card at the airport to call the hotel before someone came. Now my room, my room was quite spacious, aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. However, there was a gutter (drainage) smell I noticed everytime I entered the room, your nose……

“I found the place rather confusing. The Uber driver couldn't find it and had to ask several people in the vicinity. There are no markings to indicate "Ngaliema Resort Club"; indeed the board with keys at reception has a different name on it. There's no lobby, just an office that might be open.
