“La publicidad de este alojamiento es ENGAÑOSA: no es un primer piso, es un segundo, con escaleras tipo caracol muy peligrosas y con poca iluminación. El acceso para un viajero habitual con maleta es muy complicado pero nosotros, además habíamos notificado que en nuestro grupo venía una persona con discapacidad. Nos confinaron que podíamos dejar las maletas antes del check in y no pudimos acceder al alojamiento ni siquiera a la hora establecida , ya que había una empleada en el interior y……
