Overall, the experience in the hotel was nice. However, the parking garage itself is sketchy and having to pay for parking on top of the hotel room is unpleasurable. If the hotel managed to have a deal with the parking garage to make it cheaper, and also made the garage less unsightly and safer the experience would have been excellent.
Also, the “connection” to the convention center is not always open and available for use. You need to go through a different building for the connection and the building has very limited hours. So you can’t always use the connection. Also, the path is not wheelchair accessible.

"This is a great property for singles or childless couples. The location was convient and the staff was amazing. RYAN was super helpful from the time i checked in to the time i checked out. My only complaint is that there wasn't a pool."
