“Check in .Miranda is a gem.i had several requests and she took care of everything with professionalism and kindness. I asked to change my room,and no fuss no muss.the room was as perfect as I have ever seen. The breakfast was warming everything delicious. Rob, who takes care of keeping everything clean and refilled is a one of a kind employee. This young man was constantly cleaning refilling always keeping everything just right. I highly recommend this la Quinta for everything la Quinta……

“The hotel does not have an elevator!!! Still we liked the hotel as it is very clean and comfortable. The clerk was not too friendly and the breakfast was really good. positive stay”

“To visit the caverns, we have to choose a hotel in Carlsbad. There was not much options out there. Everything was OK here, with an unfair price though. However I would assume there hardly is a better option around this area.”

“It was a great location for seeing Carlsbad Caverns. The hallway, entrance and room was very clean. The only problem was that it was a very windy day and the pool had some leaves in it.”

“The one true plus was the hot breakfast from the Lucky Duck. It should have been posted on the website that the swimming pool was closed. That was a big big disappointment to me. The boy working ice machine was on the first floor and there was no elevator. ”

“It's one of the few motels in downtown Carlsbad and very convenient to where I was working. However, the carpet is room was very stained and the air conditioner made a great deal of noise all night. The breakfast selections were very limited.”
