“Very close and convenient location. Decent stay with good breakfast. 20 minutes' drive to Carlsbad Caverns National Park.”

“Check in was one of the best... if not the best I've ever had. She was efficient and pleasant. Popcorn was fresh. Room was ok. Bed was good and comfortable. Room clean . TV channel options were very good. Ac vent had visible build up. Shower head tile was cut out. We were next to elevator and on the 3rd floor (4 floors) noise was fairly loud rm 320. Medium size Stain on carpet between beds. Pool key pad faulty. Pool/ hot tub was clean and good for swimming. Parking sufficient.”

“To visit the caverns, we have to choose a hotel in Carlsbad. There was not much options out there. Everything was OK here, with an unfair price though. However I would assume there hardly is a better option around this area.”

“The hotel itself was good. There was nothing wrong with our stay. Additionally, the front desk attendant was just the nicest person. I can’t recall her name, though I wish I could, because I would like to giver her a special shout out. She was so nice as she checked us in, and she even helped us rearrange our itinerary after a last minute change we wanted to make. Thank you!! I believe she was working June 19, 2026.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and so helpful! Everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was exceptional and the amenities, like the outdoor grill were perfect. We wish all Home 2 Suites were just like this one!”

“Feel unsafe ”

“Booked this hotel for the use of the pool for our children on Fourth of July weekend so they had a fun time, unfortunately the pool was closed in the middle of the summer. So we checked out early. I have yet to hear from the property manager to let us know if we can get a refund for the night NOT used. Don’t include the pool in your listings if we can’t use it.”

“Nice place and very friendly staff. There were a few things that were in disrepair - our thermostat didn’t work. Floors were sticky in many areas. But aside from sticky floors, the rooms were generally clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent- lots of good choices and hot food options. Aside from a few flaws, it was a good place for the price and I would come back there.”
