Eden Retreat

Beautiful Home for Family or Friends

The home was wonderful and Wendy was friendly and responsive. The location is only 15 minutes from Powder Mountain ski resort. Very well stocked kitchen. 6 bedrooms worked great for our group. I highly recommend the home.

Really nice home

We met Wend at the house as we were an hour early and she showed us the house. I would certainly choose this house again. Nice access to powder mountain and snowbasin. Good beds, well decorated, and very clean.

Comfortable Stay

The house was perfect for our group of five enjoying the Eden area with close access to great ski resorts. The house was very nice and clean with plenty of space to relax and comfortably enjoy our stay. We will definitely be back!

we go on a trip every year to a different ski resort and always use VRBO. this place was awesome. great commutation. clean. well stocked kitchen (we like to cook.) will stat there again. very quick drive to powder mnt

Old Friends Annual Powder Mountain Ski Trip

This home was situated perfectly between Powder Mountain and the local supermarket. Plenty of space for our party of 6 friends for our annual ski trip. Wendy was an excellent host and the home was stocked with all the cooking utensils and spices we needed. We enjoyed the front row daily visit of the deer and turkeys to our windows too! I highly recommend this home!

Great location and wonderful home

Our stay with our family of 5 was great. The home is cozy, clean and stocked with everything you need. We loved the home and had a great time. Reservoir was fantastic and it was pretty easy access up and down the mountain. Our family had a great time and this home was perfect. Not to forget that Wendy was fantastic.

Great place to stay

We loved our weekend here. Wendy was very helpful before we got there making sure we had beds and rooms for everyone coming. She was willing to set up an extra air mattress for us to accommodate our needs! Wendy was very responsive to anything we needed and we gad a great weekend in a beautiful place!

Family Ski Vacation

Great spot for family ski vacation. Beautiful well designed home with every amenity we needed. Very clean. View of James Peak up Wolf Canyon. Great communication from Wendy. We had an in-stay clean and the cleaning crew did a great job.

Lovely Mountain home

6 senior skiers enjoyed this wonderful well appointed home. It is nicely laid out for an extended family get away. We especially enjoyed the chef friendly kitchen. Fun to see lots of deer and wild turkey in the neighborhood. We are all smiles. Will want to return.

Wendy is very well-tuned to the needs of her clients. Everything was well set up and arranged for our group, which included an infant and a 3-year-old. Property is spacious and comfortable and our group of 9 had plenty of space to relax and enjoy.

Great House

This house has plenty of room for two families with kids. Kitchen is well stocked. Host was easy to communicate with. My only complaint is that the driveway is not big enough to park in and you are not allowed to park on the street. There is really only room for one car in the garage. So we had to park sideways in the driveway! The host did mention that there is additional parking available behind the house though.

Great house for our ski trip

We rented this home for our annual guys ski trip. The house is very convenient to Powder Mtn, Nordic Valley, and less than 30 minutes from Snow Basin. The home is beautiful, everything is fully functional, and the kitchen is well equipped w dishes, pots, pans, etc. (this was important, because we cook our own dinners and breakfast, and I baked a chocolate cake to have for dessert). They had everything we needed. Laundry room has washer dryer and we had no problems using it. Home is clean, neat, well decorated, comfy, and the host is very responsive, amicable/easy to deal with. (She made sure we got an Amazon delivery (ski helmet) promptly when it was delivered to a secure mailbox). The 2 car garage makes it easy to get in and out (and we had 2 vehicles this trip as there were 6 of us). I definitely recommend this property!

Perfect experience while skiing over Christmas

We had a great stay in Eden, UT at the Gray Wolf Mountain Home. The house is situated in a small, quiet neighborhood with 360º mountain valley views. We absolutely love the views and the feeling of remoteness in Eden (despite being 15 minutes from Ogden), and this house provides all of that. We had been on the fence about planning this ski trip away from home over Christmas, but that was the time window that worked for us. To our surprise, Wendy was incredibly thoughtful and left the house completely decorated for Christmas, with even a decorated tree! (Plus the "wolf-themed" decorations which we assume were there year round!). Our weather was very cold, but the house was warm and cozy, and the push-button fireplace created wonderful ambience! The house is an ideal distance from Powder Mountain. It was less than a 20 minute drive each way with clear conditions; but still a couple of minutes from the center of Eden, which has a grocery store, a few convenience stores, ski shop, a bar, and a coffee hut. We fit a family of 8 easily. The common space is huge, with large island kitchen and large open space. There is plenty of seating to eat, with 4 barstools, huge 8-chair table, both of which could fit more if you pulled up a few more chairs. The kids retreated downstairs to a massive basement den that had foosball and was just far enough so the parents had a peaceful place upstairs. We are hoping to return to Eden soon and would absolutely stay here again!
