“the room was not cleaned properly there was large amounts of hair stuck to the wall in the shower and on the floor. i had to use paper towel to wipe it off as it was a lot and put it in the garbage. It was gross to find that and to continue to use the bath for another 24 hours before someone showed up to say they clean every other day. after i insisted they cleaned the bath area only . you deal with a gateman and during our stay the elevator broke so lugging suitcases up stairs is not good. the……

“We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper.
