"This hotel has a wonderful shuttle bus driver who took me to a few places, like Walmart and Carytown. I really liked Adrian who was very helpful in getting me a taxi when I needed one. All the staff at this hotel were very pleasant and will to go the extra mile. Thanks Donna Toronto"

"Breakfast was good. Waffles, oatmeal bar, cereal, muffins, toast, eggs, chicken sausage, potatoes, juice and coffee, etc. The rooms were nice and clean. They were short staffed so our 3:00 check in didn't happen. We had 2 rooms, one was ready long before the other. We were there around 5, and had planned on naps after driving before our evening concert, but didn't get to have one. We asked if we would be able to get a discount and the man at the desk said yes, but we have to call in for it. It was only about a 15 minute walk to allianz amphitheater, so that was nice. There are several restaurants that stay open late, within walking distance as well. We asked the front desk for a recommendation after the concert and the woman said she had just eaten at Penny Lane only a few minutes walk away. It was so cute and quirky. Affordable and delicious too. The hotel layout is kinda weird with the shared hotel and our parking elevator was busted so we had to walk a couple minutes more to the next floor. I'd still stay there again though."

"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We had wonderful breakfasts delivered to our room each morning. Valet parking service was excellent. The shuttle service was also excellent."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I was very appreciative of how easy it was to communicate. our son had a welcoming party for his wedding in Shockoe Bottom. We loved being able to walk to Havana 59, Lulus for breakfast, and have a quiet place to relax. We slept well and my spouse retreated to the bedroom while I watched the US play in the World Cup..and win. We’d definitely stay there again."
