「Staff were particularly helpful and pleasant not to mention very efficient. Abi was the very best example of a staff member who did everything to ake our short stay enjoyable.
The shower in room 11 needs attention as does the loose toilet seat, otherwise impeccable.」

Breakfast was amazing and the guest house menu was extremely varied and all delicious. The room was very comfortable and clean. The absolute perfect location as well.」

「Jonathan welcomed us as we arrived. He gave us a full overview about the area, touring options and the house facilities. He was very considirate and we worked a breakfast that suited our kosher diet. The house is AMASING! huge bed, beutiful bathroom, everything is nicely decorated.
We didn't come with a car so we used public transportation (Uber, train). It worked great.」
「A lovely hotel with great facilities. The twin room was huge with plenty of space and really comfy beds! Good value breakfast with lots of options. We also used the pool which was an added bonus. Although mostly adults seemed to be staying in the hotel, my 3 year old was made to feel very welcome. We will definitely be back! 」
「Booked for my daughters who were watching a concert at Anfield. Such a great service, calls prior to the day and on the day saying they could complete an earlier check in if needed. Greeted my daughters and explained everything clearly, they said Mel was simply lovely! A great clean room with a short walk to Anfield Stadium.」
「We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.」

「My preferred location in the North West. Rooms are nice, breakfast is fab. I’m not a fan of the reduced menu in the evening in favour of the small plates. Not a criticism, just an observation and my last stay I ate outside of the hotel on both nights. 」
