「The host was very accommodating and always available to help answer any questions. The house was very welcoming and spotlessly clean upon arrival. My family and I felt right at home as many amenities were provided, even some ear plugs that we forgot to bring for our concert venue that was conveniently nearby at the Prudential Center. Many other places were also conveniently nearby for shopping and entertainment as well. I would definitely recommend staying here if visiting the area, or even NYC...

"Waiting for elevators took ages. Asked for house keeping at 8am, no one came to clean when I went back at 2:30 pm. Had to go down to concierge to ask for housekeeping as the call to concierge was on hold for more than 5 minutes. The concierge staff called house keeping in front of me and gave me a dirty look saying loudly to the housekeeper that the customer is complaining."
