This property is also conveniently close to local beaches and parks while restaurants and coffee shops can be found scattered throughout the charming Edisto area.

Inside, discover sunlit spaces, updated appliances, and plenty of comforts to make your stay a truly memorable one. Prepare all your favorite dishes in the well-equipped, full kitchen and then dine at the intimate breakfast bar or the nearby dining table - perfect for rainy day board games with the whole family! Make your way into the cozy living area to sink into the large sectional and stream all your favorite TV channels using your own accounts or drift out into the sunroom for socializing or quiet afternoons with a good book and a perfect cup of coffee.

This condo also comes complete with central air-conditioning for those hot summer months and a private washer/dryer.

This vacation rental is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's, and golf carts are not allowed inside of the resort.
Wyndham amenities are available for purchase for an additional fee from the Wyndham Cafe but there is NO GUARANTEE due to limited passes per day. Wyndham Amenities are shared pools, tennis, gym fitness room, mini golf, playground, and Beach Cabana.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
