The room wasn’t clean. I went down to tell the front desk the gentleman that was sitting there told me that he would have someone to go vacuum it, but they were busy and instead of saying that he would change rooms for me. He told me it is what it is. I got upset and told him it isn’t what it is and that it should’ve been clean properly. then at 11:30 - 12 o’clock we got rudely awaken by some drunk trying to get into our room. Then he came back little later the second time, seeing if we knew where he could get some Coke for him and if we wanted to party. Then he came back the third time and apologizing for waking us up.
