My stay was fine but there was a terrible smell although out the hotel like sewage and garbage. I think they should change rugs and repaint throughout. And the shower was very inconsistent meaning the shower heads were hard to change pressure settings. Otherwise it was okay. And frontdesk workers can be a bit more courteous.

The Days Inn is perfect for Oilers game nights. It's an easy 10 minute walk to Rogers Place. There are many restaurants in the area (Earl's, Cactus Club, Boston Pizza, etc). Starbucks is across the street. It's central. It's clean. It's safe. The staff are wonderful! Will definitely stay again (this was our 4th stay).

I had a good sleep at Days Inn, it was quiet downtown, and I woke up early. I was referred to as an Expedia customer though. All my planning had to had to be through the website, I made new reservations, and I enjoyed my stay. It was clean, big, and Cora's was right downstairs, an LRT stop was across the street, and my family had parking to visit.

The front desk staff were great. The room was decently clean but outdated. At midnight we were woken up by a smoke dector beeping - we called the front desk and they came with nothing but a new key card. After saying we didn't want to change rooms as we were just dead asleep they person tried to fix the issue by removing his shoes and climbing onto the bed right on top of our pillows. After that we said we would just take the other room. The other room was unbearably hot. We turned off the heat and opened the window. The room never cooled off even with the window open and it being -30out. The front desk staff did comp our parking fee for the night as an apology. The lack of amenities was disappointing but did suppect that to be the case when booking.

The room was good overall, clean, and spacious. I appreciated it. There was a loud noise in the hallway, possibly from the air conditioner. My room was right beside it, which might be why it was a bit cheaper (and I didn’t mind that). I do wish I had been told in advance that parking was not included, but in hindsight I would have parked there anyway since it was very convenient to park right beside the room. Great location. I would stay there again.
